Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to everything on Planet: posts, profiles, album images, direct messages, calls, handles, display names and support tickets. It is part of the Terms of Service, and breaching it is a breach of them.

Planet is an adult platform. Explicit sexual content between consenting adults is what it is for, and is never itself a violation. What follows is about the lines around that.

2. The absolute prohibitions

These are never permitted, under any framing, fiction, disclaimer or roleplay. There is no warning, no appeal, and no second account.

• Any sexual content involving a person under 18, real or apparently so, including drawings, animation, generated imagery, and adults presented as minors.
• Any content sexualising childhood — school settings, toys, clothing, or language chosen to suggest a child.
• Any content depicting or soliciting sexual contact with a minor, including grooming.
• Any intimate content of a person who has not consented to it being made or shared, including recordings, screenshots, deepfakes and any other synthetic depiction of a real person.
• Any content depicting non-consensual sexual activity as real, or depicting genuine coercion, blackmail or trafficking.
• Any content depicting bestiality, necrophilia, or genuine serious injury.

We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as 18 U.S.C. §2258A requires, preserve the associated records, and cooperate with law enforcement.

3. Consent, and proving it

Every person depicted in content you upload must be at least 18 and must have given informed consent, both to the depiction and to its publication on Planet.

If you upload content that includes anyone other than yourself, you must hold documentary proof of their age and their consent, and you must be able to produce it to us on request. If you cannot, do not upload it.

Consent can be withdrawn. If a person depicted in content here asks us to remove it, we remove it while we review — see the Content Removal and Complaints Policy.

4. Also prohibited

Content:

• Anything advertising, arranging or soliciting prostitution, escorting, or any in-person sexual service for payment.
• Content promoting or depicting the sale or use of illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods.
• Threats, incitement to violence, and content promoting terrorism.
• Hate speech or harassment targeting a person or group by race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
• Content encouraging suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
• Impersonating another person or organisation, or claiming an association you do not have.
• Publishing anyone’s private information — address, phone number, workplace, identity documents.
• Content you do not have the rights to.

Conduct:

• Recording, screen-capturing or otherwise capturing any call, message or media, and redistributing anything from Planet anywhere.
• Harassing anyone, continuing to contact someone who has asked you to stop, or evading a block.
• Pressuring a creator to leave Planet to transact off-platform, or to do anything outside what they have offered.
• Scraping, crawling, mirroring or bulk-downloading Planet.
• Circumventing payment, rate limits, blocks, bans or any access control.
• Attacking, probing or overloading our infrastructure.
• Fraud, including chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, and multiple accounts used to evade enforcement.
• Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, and automated account creation.

5. Enforcement

What we do depends on what happened. We may remove content, limit a feature, suspend an account, terminate it permanently, forfeit a balance, withhold a payout pending investigation, and refer a matter to law enforcement.

We act immediately and without prior notice where a child may be involved, where content appears to be published without consent, or where there is a credible threat to someone’s safety. Anything in the absolute prohibitions above results in permanent termination and, where the law requires it, a report.
